What Therapy With Me Is Like
Therapy should feel like a place where you can speak openly, feel heard, and move forward without judgement or pressure.”
Seeking support can be one of the hardest and most courageous steps a person takes. I work to make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and manageable from the beginning.
My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded in your strengths. Together, we will explore what you are experiencing, identify what you want to change, and develop practical ways of coping that fit your life rather than expecting you to fit a prescribed approach.
You can expect curiosity, thoughtful feedback, and respect for your experiences. I will meet you where you are without judgment or pressure, while helping you move toward the goals that matter to you.

Professional Experience
For more than ten years, I have supported adults across inpatient, outpatient, and virtual settings. I also teach in a Master of Social Work program and supervise master’s-level social work interns. My experiences as a military spouse and the wife of a combat-injured veteran have deepened my understanding of caregiving, changing roles, and the ways major transitions can affect individuals and families.
Whether you are adjusting to a new life stage, coping with difficult circumstances, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I provide a supportive space to explore what you are experiencing and work toward meaningful change.
