MEET THE TEAM

Find a therapist who feels like the right fit.

The clinician you choose matters. You need someone whose experience fits what you're dealing with and whose way of working makes sense for you.

Every Resurgence clinician is prepared to work with trauma and the ways difficult experiences can continue shaping life long after they're over. Beyond that shared foundation, each therapist brings different areas of focus, training, experience, and personality. Explore the profiles below to see who might fit what you're looking for.

Different clinicians.

A shared standard for the work.

THE RESURGENCE APPROACH

Resurgence clinicians do not all work the same way, and we don't expect them to. What we share is a standard for therapy that is active, purposeful, and grounded in evidence. There should be a reason for the work you're doing and a way to tell whether it's helping.

We pay attention to more than symptoms. We look at the experiences and patterns shaping what happens now, including responses that may have once been useful but have become costly or automatic. The goal isn't to force you into a formula. It's to help you have more choice in what happens next.

1. Care That Fits the Person

We start with the person in front of us, not a predetermined formula. Your experiences, goals, strengths, and circumstances shape how we approach the work.

2. Evidence-Based, Applied With Purpose

We use treatments supported by evidence, but a treatment name alone is not a plan. Your clinician should be able to explain what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how it connects to what you want to change.

3. Change That Shows Up in Your Life

Insight matters, but we also pay attention to what happens outside the therapy room. Progress should show up in how you respond, the choices available to you, and your ability to handle what life puts in front of you.
